Originally expected to open Feb. 1, UTMB Health Clear Lake Campus will open at 200 Blossom St., Webster, by May. The hospital is located in the same building as the former Bay Area Regional Medical Center, which closed in May after its owner, Medistar Corp., filed for bankruptcy.
