Officials in August broke ground on the incoming Children’s Lighthouse Learning Center at 2551 Humble Road, Seabrook, near White Elementary School. The early-learning school, which opens this winter, will offer high-quality education and child care for those six weeks to 12 years old to help stimulate intellectual development in a welcoming environment.
