With all precincts reporting as of 10:55 p.m., incumbent Mark Henry has won the Republican primary seat for Galveston County judge against Chris Kinard with 20,520 votes, or 65.34%, to 10,883 votes, or 34.66%, according to unofficial results from Galveston County.
Henry will now face lone Democratic candidate Albert Al Smith in the general Nov. 3 election for the Galveston County judge seat.
All results are unofficial until canvassed at a later date.

As of 9:50 p.m., incumbent Mark Henry is leading Chris Kinard with 17,942 votes, or 66.04%, to 9,226 votes, or 33.96%, according to unofficial results from Galveston County.

As of 7:30 p.m., unofficial results from Galveston County show incumbent Mark Henry is leading Chris Kinard with 14,628 votes, or 67.43%, to 7,067 votes, or 32.57%, for Galveston County judge.
