The Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo kicks off Feb. 23, and that means a plethora of unique food creations, candy treats and savory bites will be available for the 2019 season. For those unsure of where to start, check out the HLSR's 2018 Foodie Winners. The HLSR released a list of dining options for the 2019 season, and it features a new dining vendor: Float Saloon, which will offer drinks and ice cream floats from a stand resembling a vintage Coca-Cola can. Additionally, several carnival vendors at the HLSR will debut new treats this year.
