Apple is set to bring a 250,000-square-foot server manufacturing facility to Houston, according to a Feb. 24 news release.

The facility will bring thousands of jobs to the area and is slated to open in 2026, according to the release.
The servers manufactured in Houston will support Apple Intelligence, an artificial intelligence system developed by Apple, according to the release. Apple also plans to expand its data center capacity to other states in the U.S. like North Carolina, Iowa, Oregon, Arizona and Nevada.
