JEFF's Asian Kitchen, a counter service restaurant offering Filipino bites, opened in a Sunoco gas station in Pasadena in early July, staff said.
The details
The restaurant serves Filipino coffee, as well as traditional breakfast dishes, such as longsilog, tapsilog and cornsilog, which is a mixture of garlic rice and meat with a fried egg, according to the restaurant's menu.
The restaurant also offers shakes in flavors like strawberry, coconut, avocado and ube, a traditional flavor made from purple yams.
