Elle's Unique Touch hair salon relocates to Kemah

Elle's Unique Touch hair salon opened in Kemah in December, owner Elle Fuentes confirmed.

The salon offers hair coloring and cutting services.

Before coming to Kemah, the business was in Pasadena for 18 years, Fuentes said.

Fuentes said she expects her new location in Kemah to have a grand opening event in the future but didn't have a date set.
