What is needed to balance growth and affordability in Texas?

We must prioritize working families over billionaires and corporations and fight corruption. We must ensure the workers who build our Texas economy reap the benefits, not just those at the top. We must also stop reckless and costly wars abroad and focus on investing here at home.

How will you ensure your constituents receive the appropriate aid after<br>natural disasters?

I will work directly with state and local governments and humanitarian organizations to understand their needs and I will advocate with the appropriate federal agencies to make sure the aid is going to those needs.

What projects are most important for Congress to focus on for the future of<br>Texas?

Expanding Medicare/Medicaid, childcare, and creating a Universal Healthcare system would benefit all Texans by creating a healthier, more productive society. This would help prevent the closure of rural hospitals and support the health and welfare of rural communities.

What do you see as the greatest challenge for Texas in the next 5 years?

AI Data centers are one of the biggest threats to Texas right now. They can potentially break our already fragile electric grid, deplete our water supply and negatively impact public health and quality of life. I have called for a federal moratorium until we can ensure Texans are protected.
