Work is underway on an outdoor gathering space, and apartments are on track to be completed by the end of the year, said William D. Redd, a senior managing director for Brandywine Realty Trust.
The leasing office for the development will be built by late spring 2019.
SHI International construction is also underway and the Aloft hotel will break ground this spring, with full build-out anticipated by spring 2020, he said.
