The recently renovated Oak Hill Plaza will add two additional tenants by mid-2017. Oak Hill Dental and Dollar Tree recently signed leases, according to Bill Ott and Tim Jarvis, developers with BBD Commercial.

"We are excited for our tenants as they begin to take up occupancy and as Oak Hill Plaza continues to pick up momentum and energy," Ott said in an email.

Dollar Tree will occupy 10,000 square feet of space in Suite B-2, Ott said, and Oak Hill Dental will be located in the 1,900-square-foot Suite A-3.

In February the developers announced five new tenants slated to take up residence in the retail center. Of those tenants, EurAsia Sushi Bar & Seafood and SLAB BBQ have opened. Luxury pet boarding facility D Pet Hotels is set to open at the end of May, and Pluckers Wing Bar and family entertainment center Epic Fun are scheduled for fall openings.

The plaza underwent several renovations before tenant deals were announced, including a complete remodel of the facade, repainting of the exterior, the installment of a marquee restaurant end cap and patio, resurfacing and repainting of the parking lot, and new lighting and landscaping as well as a new copper roof and refinished sign.

Three spaces ranging from 1,500-2,440 square feet remain for lease, Ott said.
