The project spanned from Teri Lane to Burleson Road and included roadway resurfacing, modernized traffic signal systems, the inclusion of shared-use paths, sidewalks compliant with the Americans with Disabilities Act, street reconstruction and new pedestrian crossings.
Stassney Lane’s reconstruction was funded by the voter-approved 2018 bond, which set aside $66.5 million of its total $925 million for street reconstruction.
