According to Communication Director Davina Adcock, this site will be the permanent location for the church’s south congregation.
“Our hope is that, as thousands of people drive past the building each day and wonder what’s inside it and new people continue to flood into South Austin, the campus could be a light that draws all types of people from diverse backgrounds together and create the opportunity for new relationships to flourish,” Adcock said.
The 29,000-square-foot project will encompass a one-story church facility that includes a worship assembly room, children’s ministry rooms, adult classrooms, an entry foyer and storage space.
The Austin Stone Community Church has six locations in Austin. The first church meeting was held in a small South Austin apartment in 2002. 512-708-8860. https://www.austinstone.org/
