According to Tristan Pearman, vice president of brand and development, over the last 10 years, the Ramen Tatsu-Ya team has been inundated with requests for restaurants in growing areas of Austin, especially further south and further north. The new Congress Avenue location will serve the South Austin community, and a forthcoming location at Lakeline Market will serve the North Austin community.
The menu features multiple choices for specialized ramen dishes, including options for vegans. Most dishes are a blend of meat, vegetables and sauce.
