The 135-room hotel at 7415 Southwest Parkway in Austin lies in Lantana Place, a retail center that includes a movie theater, dining, boutique fitness options and beauty salons, the release said.
The hotel’s rooftop bar, Salt and Stone, will open along with the lodging. Staff will serve cocktails and small plates in the open-air lounge, according to the release.
The location also includes a fitness center, a pool, electric car charging stations and roughly 900 square feet of event space, the release said.
General Manager Charlotte Tyer said she is excited to welcome the hotel’s first guests and believes they will appreciate the location in between the city’s core and Hill Country.
The hotel’s modern art was curated by The Art Makery, which has also selected pieces for AC Hotels in Arizona, California and New York, according to the curator’s website. Peachtree Hospitality Management manages the hotel’s operations along with hotels across the country, according to its site.
