The service announced May 8 it would be offering free protest reports and providing instructions on how to file a protest for low-income homeowners whose home is valued at less than $150,000.
According to a news release from the company, the service also offers free appraisal assessments for all homeowners. Full reports for those who do not qualify for a free protest report can be purchased as well.
