Medical Plaza at Onion Creek, a 36,000-square-foot medical office project of Perardi Development, is on its way to South Austin at 701 E. FM 1626.
According to a press release from Perardi, the building is 50% leased, with tenants including Lewis Medicine and Urgent Care, Solutions Pharmacy and Beautiful Beginning Birth & Wellness Center. Tenants will be able to own equity in the building, the release said.
“What this ultimately does is help bring greater breadth and depth of medical services to people closer to where they live, and medical practitioners more financial benefit from their lease," Perardi Development owner and founder Eric Perardi said.
Perardi Development has not named an official opening date for the building but announced that construction is "anticipated to wrap up early in the fall."
