Dominium Construction and Architectural Services as well as Legacy Construction LLC will conduct the $11.3 million rehabilitation of the property. This will include a remodel of the club house, site amenities, HVAC systems, kitchen appliances and cabinets, laundry machines, and bathroom vanities.
The apartment complex was first constructed in 2003. Dominium acquired the 240-unit property in August 2021 and took over operation and management.
Capitol Crossing offers one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments, and includes amenities, such as a playground and a swimming pool. Due to its affordable-housing status, household income and student status restrictions apply.
