Valor Education will relocate its south campus to a permanent location near the Circle C neighborhood for the 2024-25 school year.

The charter school's south campus is temporarily at 220 Foremost Drive, Austin, in a rented facility.

The property is roughly 24 acres and will hold about 1,500 students from kindergarten to 12th grade. The campus will add room for hundreds of additional students, and applications are open for the 2024-25 school year. Valor is a charter school, which means it is free to attend, but students have to secure a space by entering a lottery. Families can enter the lottery until Jan. 29.

“South Austin is where Valor began, and we are so grateful for the Valor South Austin parents, students, and teachers who have helped make Valor what it is today," Valor Education President and CEO David Williams said in a statement. "We look forward to opening our permanent campus near Circle C to better serve our existing school community and also welcome many new families. We want to make high quality, tuition-free classical education available to as many students as possible.”
