In February, the restaurant made changes to both its menu and interior design in order to reflect a more fine-dining experience.
New menu items include oysters, ceviche verde, lobster rolls, shrimp tacos, seafood pastas and cold bar items. Keepers also offers a cocktail menu that includes signature cocktails including a Paloma Fresca, Keeper’s Mule and Costal Spritz.
The interior of Keepers has brand new chairs, tables, lighting, dinnerware, booth and new banquettes. A new private dining space can seat up to 30, and a booth in the corner of the restaurant called the “Captain’s Table” is designed for a date night dinner.
