The South Austin food truck will reopen after the Buda location opens sometime during the week of June 12, the restaurant confirmed.
“We are temporarily closing our Menchaca location while we get everything prepared to open at our brand-new Buda location,” said Morgan Howry, public relations spokesperson for Valentina's Tex-Mex BBQ.
Howry said when the Menchaca location reopens, it will feature a limited menu and by-the-pound meats; the Menchaca location will not have the same full menu and specials that will be offered at the new Buda location.
