The locally owned and family-operated restaurant specializes in build-your-own poke bowls that range in price from $12.99-$18.99. Patrons begin by picking their bowl size, which determines the number of proteins, toppings, dressings and crunches they will select. Next, patrons choose their proteins. Protein selections include fish such as sweet tuna and raw salmon, cooked baby octopus or Spam. The next step is to select toppings, which include vegetables and fruits such as carrots, edamame, ginger, mango and seaweed salad.
