The most popular dishes are the pad thai and the pad see ew, both of which are served with fried rice noodles, Saybounkjan said.

The pad thai also comes with egg and bean sprouts and is topped with shredded cabbage, carrot, chopped green onion, cilantro, lime and crushed peanuts, he said.
