Plans for the property include waterfront lots, a 7-acre park, picnic sites, fishing access, private roads, and a 2-mile hike and bike trail.Construction has already begun, and roads and the main entrance are nearly complete. A number of lots are for sale, starting in the $260,000s. Owners will have a wildlife tax exemption, underground power and fiber-optic internet.
The development is low density, embraces wildlife freely roaming and live oak tree lines, and is both water- and dark sky-conscious, according to a spokesperson for the development.
