The home care agency is now open and serving Hays County and its surrounding areas. FirstLight Home Care’s services include senior, personal, veteran, dementia, companion and respite care. The business can also provide specialty services such as disability care or family care.The Swim Studio

The studio is now offering swimming lessons in Dripping Springs. The studio offers private one-on-one lessons to adults and children as young as 6 months. The school teaches learn-to-swim, flip turns and four different strokes. A two-week bootcamp is offered for ages 2 and up.Dutch Bros Coffee

The volleyball club will open a training facility in Dripping Springs in early 2025. The new space will host camps, clinics, small group training and other volleyball programs. A space for speed, agility and strength training will also be available at the new facility.In the news


Driftwood Axe House & Bar

The Driftwood Dugout is rebranding as the Driftwood Axe House & Bar in Dripping Springs. The ax-throwing facility accepts reservations and walk-ins for guests who want to ax-throw. There is also a playground for kids, a food truck and a full liquor bar with various local beers, wines and bourbons.Beerburg Brewing

The family-owned brewing company is changing its business model from brewery and restaurant to private event venue. Now open for event bookings, guests can rent out the space on its own or select additional catering and bar services, including a tap wall with various house-brewed beers. Beerburg also has a patio deck and beer garden outside. Booking guests can also create custom beer at the facility in advance to serve at their event.Deep Eddy Vodka

The local distillery celebrated 10 years at their Dripping Springs tasting room in October. The distillery marked the occasion with a free four-day celebration at the site with live music, food and drink specials and limited edition merchandise. The tasting room is the site of the former bottling plant. Deep Eddy is known for its Texas-made original and flavored vodkas.
