Beauty Store Salon & Spa in Sunset Valley will shut its doors at the end of January due to the business’s lease ending. Prior to closing, the location is offering a liquidation sale with everything in the store marked 20%-50% off.

For 35 years, the local boutique has sold hair products, skin care, cosmetics, gifts, jewelry and apparel. The business also offered a full-service salon.

Beauty Store Salon & Spa has an additional location in the Central Park Shopping Center at 4001 N. Lamar Blvd., Ste. 590, Austin.

According to the store's social media and a project filed with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation, the location will be replaced with a J. Crew store.

"Please shop locally and help support the many fine unique stores in Austin," business officials wrote on social media about the closing.
