Chipotle Mexican Grill will open in Dripping Springs ahead of the new year.

The new fast-casual eatery off Hwy. 290 is Chipotle's first in Dripping Springs. The restaurant will operate daily from 10:45 a.m.-10 p.m., and the new location includes a "Chipotlane" drive-thru pickup space for online orders.
