Orobianco Italian Creamery is set to open a food truck Jan 1. It is Texas’ only water buffalo dairy and creamery, said founder Phil Giglio. Giglio said the company produces gelato and cheeses from scratch using high-quality, local ingredients including buffalo milk, which most people find easier to digest. The new pizza restaurant will be located in The Windmill Center, 136 Drifting Wind Run, Dripping Springs.
