Harbor Health is opening its 10th clinic and first East Austin location on April 15.

Harbor Health offers primary care, behavioral health, chronic disease management, specialty care and health/wellness services for infants, children, adolescents and adults.

If needed, patients can have a physician, nurse, pharmacist, health coach and specialist—such as a dermatologist, neurologist, gastroenterologist or orthopedic physician—under one roof.

“We know how critical it is to make our care model more accessible to people living in all areas of our growing community,” Harbor Health co-founder Dr. Clay Johnston said in a news release. “... Harbor Health differs from traditional care delivery approaches because we’re proactive regarding people’s needs and more focused on achieving better outcomes. Our care model is designed to ultimately reduce wasteful health care spending."

Harbor Health also has two Express Care locations that offer after-hours and weekend care, and two mobile health clinics.
