Early voting for Texas’ primary election will kick off Feb. 20 and will run through March 1. Here is what voters in Austin and Dripping Springs need to know.

The specifics

Voters can cast their ballots at any voting location in Travis or Hays County with a “vote here” sign. Voting will take place from 7 a.m.-7p.m., except on Sundays, when voting centers will open from noon-6 p.m.
