A new pop-up tiki bar serving pina coladas and coconut shrimp opened on the seventh floor of the Fairmont Hotel.

On the menu

The Broken Coconut serves tropical cocktails in novelty glassware, such as the Lone Star Mai Tai with bourdon, amaro, orgeat syrup, lime juice and bitters, and the Ukulele Serenade with sake, fiery ginger syrup and bitters.

The menu also features several “island bites,” including crunchy edamame, coconut shrimp, spam sliders and pineapple upside down cake.

The bar will be open until mid-August.
