Friends and restaurateurs Joseph Zoccoli and Richard Thomas will open their first dining concept as a team in East Austin this April, featuring American-Italian food and drinks.

With Zoccoli overseeing the food menu, and Thomas crafting the beverages, Casa Bianca will offer modern American-Italian fare, according to a news release.

"Our goal with Casa Bianca is for our guests to feel cared for and excited to dine out," Thomas said in the news release. "The food and drinks are fresh takes, but the service and vibe are old-school and laid-back."

The food selections will range from a raw bar to handmade pasta dishes, with seafood- and vegetable-heavy small plates also available. Cocktails will offer a spin on Italian classics, such as the Aperol spritz, as well as a selection of wines and Amaro—an Italian herbal liqueur.

At Casa Bianca, guests can choose between the 75-seat indoor dining room, the 40-seat lower garden, or the 65-seat bar alcina rooftop area.
