Signature dishes include Oaxaca filet with cherry mole, seared sea scallops with huitlacoche caviar, pork spare rib barbacoa, salmon segueza, and many others.

A Fiesta Board is also available and serves a group of four. The board provides guests with a range of signature dishes, including prime steak fajitas, free-range chicken fajitas, salmon, pork spare ribs, jumbo garlic shrimp, lobster quesadilla wedges, grilled Blue Point oysters and crispy octopus, and zucchini and corn fritter balls served with tamarind, amarillo and cherry moles alongside heirloom blue and white masa corn tortillas.

A rotation of off-menu items is also available, including dishes like the Tequila Lime Salad, with butternut squash, avocado, corn, toasted pine nuts, pickled red onions and Cotija cheese served with a tequila lime vinaigrette.

Notable quote

"Our team has put a tremendous amount of effort into curating a menu that honors the authenticity of Mexican cuisine while infusing it with modern flavors and techniques," Perry said in the news release. "We’ve been grateful that the Austin community has welcomed our culinary perspective over the years, and we can’t wait for our guests to experience the Verdad difference."
