Three years after opening, Easy Tiger East Seventh will close by the end of April.

Founder David Norman said challenging weather conditions and escalating costs led to the decision.

"We cannot see a path forward for Easy Tiger at this location," Norman said. "This strategic move allows us to focus on the continued success of our South Lamar and Linc locations as well as our bakery business."

Norman said management is working to help the East Seventh team members find positions at the two remaining locations.

Easy Tiger East Seventh has a 1-acre, dog-friendly beer garden filled with games and 100 tables, as well as an indoor area.

In addition to Easy Tiger's bakery options, such as breads, pastries and pretzels, other menu items range from grazing boards to sandwiches, sausages and more.
