The 13-story SXSW Center, which houses the South by Southwest Conference and Festival headquarters, marked five years on July 19 at its location downtown on Lavaca Street, just two blocks from the state Capitol.

Owned by SXSW affiliate CZ Properties, the building originally opened in 2019 and includes 145,000 square feet of Class A office space, and boasts a rooftop deck that offers panoramic views of downtown. The facility also features a unique architectural plan, with its curvy, s-shaped exterior.

There is currently a little more than 44,000 square feet of remaining space available for tenants on both the seventh and ninth floors. The lobby and rooftop are also available to rent for events.
