Revitalizing Palm Park is the third and final phase of Waterloo Greenway—a 1.5-mile trail network meandering throughout downtown Austin. The second phase, called The Confluence, will stretch from Lady Bird Lake to Fourth Street and is under construction. Palm Park is expected to break ground in 2026.
