Since its opening in June 2015, The Roosevelt Room has crafted a space for Austin community members to experience a seated cocktail experience with refined food offerings.

The business is owned and operated by Justin Lavenue, Dennis Gobis, Matthew Ross and Matthew Korzelius.

On the menu

Some cocktails available at the space include:
  • Too Little, Too Late; a tequila-based cocktail
  • Black Mountain Coffee; an alcoholic cold brew with a whiskey base
  • Sherry Cobbler
Food options vary from small fare such as Marinated Olives to large fare featuring a cheese board and similar items.
