Pearlstone Partners, a full-service real estate development firm, broke ground on a new luxury condominium called The Belvedere on March 25.

The development is slated for completion in August 2027 and will offer 158 residences and direct access to the Ann and Roy Butler Hike-and-Bike Trail.

The details

The Belvedere will be located at 300 Pressler St., Austin, near the West Austin Youth Association athletic fields on Cesar Chavez Street.

The three-building development will contain 299,373 square feet of residential and commercial space offering one- to three-bedroom residences and amenities including a lap pool, resort-style pool, on-site restaurant, fitness studios, pet lounge and grooming station, theater room and more.

In addition to the condo, Pearlstone Partners will use a $154.5 million construction loan from Benefit Street Partners to develop a three-acre park on The Belvedere lawn. The new green space will feature upgraded sidewalks, new bikeways and improved public access to the hike-and-bike trail.

Prospective buyers will be able to explore The Belvedere’s floor plans and pricing, ranging from $800,000 to $3 million, at the grand opening of its sales lounge located down the street from the project site at 504 Oakland Ave., Austin. Reservations will open in April.
