Longtime food truck Micklethwait Craft Meats BBQ & Catering is set to become an indoor sit-down barbecue joint.

The barbecue trailer, located at 1309 Rosewood Avenue, will move into a building down the road that has served as the business’ catering headquarters for the last six years, according to a post on the business' Instagram.

“[The restaurant will] have indoor seating, a beautifully landscaped courtyard, and the same oak-smoked deliciousness and friendly staff that you’re used to,” the post reads.

Austin native Tom Micklethwait is the owner and pitmaster of the business and which has served the city since December 2012. Since then, he has also opened Taco Bronco, a taco pop-up and catering trailer, and Saddle Up, a beer garden that is home to both food trailers.

Micklethwait will stay open at its current location until the brick-and-mortar restaurant opens.
