Buda's median home price fell by more than 11% to $382,078 in February. Kyle's median price fell by almost 6% in the same time frame to $328,550.

The number of new listings increased by almost 65% in San Marcos and nearly 70% in Kyle. The average home price over the last six months in all three cities remained above $350,000. Buda’s average was the highest of the three, clocking in at $394,086.
