Texas Bean and Brew House will open a second location at 3939 S. I-35 Ste. 900, San Marcos, within the San Marcos Premium Outlets in October. Texas Bean and Brew House has operated its original location at 1328 N. I-35 since 2019. Eric took the helm of the San Marcos-Buda-Kyle and New Braunfels editions of Community Impact as an editor in July 2021. Prior to CI, Eric contributed to multiple papers, including the New Braunfels Herald-Zeitung; a now-shuttered weekly covering the Bulverde area for the San Antonio Express-News; the Eugene Weekly in Eugene, Oregon; and other publications. He graduated from the University of Oregon.
