Ulta Beauty, located in the Red Oak Village shopping center at 1050 McKinley Place Drive, Ste. 120, San Marcos, will relocate Feb. 22 to the Stonecreek Crossing shopping center at 750 Barnes Drive, San Marcos. The last day Ulta will be open in Red Oak Village will be Feb. 20.
