A Chapter 380 agreement allows municipalities or counties to offer incentives to commercial or retail projects to help promote economic development, according to the Texas Comptroller.
The new restaurant will be approximately 4,500 square feet with an additional 2,000 square feet serving as an outdoor patio. The restaurant will also be the first that the company owns outright.
Over 50 jobs and approximately $4 million of capital investment will be brought into the city by the restaurant.
