Louie’s Craft BBQ, located at 122 N. Main St., Buda, is officially moving from a food truck to a brick-and-mortar location at 108 N. Main St., Buda. Owner Matt Carver made the announcement May 10 and stated he will be working with the city of Buda to complete the project. Louie’s first opened in Buda in 2019, and aside from brisket, pulled pork, sausage and ribs, serves sandwiches and various types of loaded potatoes.
