The hotel, built in 2006 and renovated in 2018, had an average occupancy rate of 56% for the same year. The 53-room, 27,144-square-foot hotel is priced at $174.99 per square foot.
Hotel Manager Eric Aguayo said he was unaware of the listing or the reason behind it, but he said the business has been put on the market multiple times since its opening. Singh did not respond to requests for comment.
