A new food truck, Bat Wings Co., opened Sept. 21 at
Cambria and Jordan’s Rail Switch, a food truck park located at 400 N. Main St., Buda. Bat Wings serves a variety of wings, including specialty flavors, such as Sensei and Dark Nite, as well as sides such as fried Brussels sprouts and waffle fries. In addition to the Buda truck, Bat Wings operates out of Papa Jack’s, 108 W. Center St., in downtown Kyle. Both locations are open Thursday through Monday. 512-764-9051.
