TXST Senior Executive Chef Albert Trujillo said the menu items were inspired by blending traditional concession stand items with San Marcos dishes and cuisine from his roots in San Antonio.

Trujillo said there was a demand to change the concession items to add more excitement to the dining experience during games.

“Getting ready for this new football season with a new coach, it was the perfect time [to launch the new menu]. ... I think it's going to help support the team,” Trujillo said.
