Small-batch ice cream franchise Marble Slab Creamery has opened a new location at the Tanger Outlets in San Marcos, alongside sister brand Great American Cookies.

Marble Slab's menu features ice cream flavors that include chocolate caramel butter pecan and strawberry caramel cheesecake. The shop, with the two sister brands, also offers ice cream sandwiches.
