Dacy Business Park—located at 3300 Dacy Lane in Kyle—is on track to open its first phase at the end of May.

The details

The industrial park project is being developed by Daniel Pao, Gigi Lee and Dale Malone, who are striving to provide affordable commercial space for small-business owners to lease or rent.

The first phase of the project, which totals 31,500 square feet, is partially reserved by a custom light fabricator, wine distributor, CNC machining company and investors. Dacy Business Park is the first development in Kyle offering office and warehouse units—ranging from 1,200-11,000 square feet—for sale under a property owners association, Malone said in an email to Community Impact.

“This means business owners can stop worrying about rent hikes and instead build equity in a space they own,” Malone said in the email. “We’re looking forward to bringing a vibrant mix of businesses and new jobs to Kyle.”

Looking ahead

The remaining phases will be constructed throughout 2025—bringing the total project to 137,550 square feet, according to the email.
