The details
As part of an affordable housing program, all units are reserved for households with a gross household income of 60% or less of the area median income, according to Leasing Team Member Teresa Villalobos.
Villalobos said one-bedroom apartments are currently leasing, and will be ready for renters to move in starting March 1.
