The “innovative extended-stay” hotel brand will be four stories with 126 rooms. LivAway Suites will have self-check-in kiosks, smart parcel lockers, and a fitness area. The hotel will also have a smart laundry facility, according to an email from Veronica Alvarez, a spokesperson for LivAway Suites.
Alvarez said the smart parcel lockers will allow guests to receive packages from different carriers and retrieve them safely through the lockers. She noted that the smart laundry facility will notify guests with updates on each laundry load.
What else?
The hotel rooms will feature a kitchenette, microwave, full-size refrigerator, dishwasher and television. The San Marcos location will open in Q1 of 2026, Alvarez told Community Impact.
